Get in the know about the essential changes we’ve made to keep you safe on the road:
We’re sanitizing all communal spaces, working areas, and swimming pools according to human interface cleaning protocols. That means particular attention to ‘high-touch’ points like buttons, handrails, door handles, locks, faucets, counter surfaces, etc.
Check in
When you check-in, you’ll be able to opt-in or out of housekeeping services. Housekeeping will wear full protective clothing (PPE) at all times.
We’ve limited the occupancy at all of our locations to allow proper social distancing.
All of our cleaning products are now ECOLAB certified – the global leaders in water, hygiene, and energy technology.
Our reception staff will wear protective gloves at all times to handle keys and cash (We’re limiting the use of cash) but you can pay with debit or credit card.
In line with local government guidelines, your temperature may be taken upon arrival at the property.
Don’t stand in line at reception if you don’t have to! Whatever you need, you can chat with our staff via WhatsApp.
All of our staff will have designated handwashing breaks to eradicate the spread of germs.
Dormitories
Our 8+ bed community rooms have been reduced to 50% capacity and only sleep families or groups traveling together.
Our 6-bed community rooms now sleep 2 people. Only one bed in every other bunk will be used to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Our 4-bed community rooms now sleep 2-4 people from the same travel party.
You’ll find hand sanitizer outside all of our community rooms. You’ll need to sanitize your hands before entering and after exiting the room.
Shared toilets, faucets, and sinks will undergo thorough disinfection (with special attention to high touchpoints) 5 times a day.
On Sites Communal Areas
We’ve increased our cleaning protocol to 5 times a day across all communal areas. The first and last clean will be a deep clean and the second, third, and fourth sessions will focus solely on ‘high touchpoints’.
We’re operating our swimming pool at 50% capacity to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Once a month, each property will undergo total disinfection.
Food & Drinks
All of our restaurants will be operating at 50% capacity
Our tables will be spaced 6 feet (2 meters) apart from one another.
We’re saying goodbye to physical menus, and instead, you’ll see all of our healthy options on display.
If your location allows it, you’ll pay for your meals using a cashless payment method.
As always, masks and gloves, and correct PPE will be worn by all of the kitchen staff who will be washing their hands once an hour.
